For your branding products, you will receive all documentation and files in every format for your future marketing. For printed products, once your design has been approved by you, we can print and have your products mailed directly to you OR we can manage the mailings whether it is through the 'Every Door Direct Mail' program with the USPS or your client list.
You do of course. This allows you to print anywhere you want. Our fees include all designs we create specifically for you. All documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.

EDDM is short for Every Door Direct Mail. This is a mailing program that the USPS allows individuals to use, that want to reach a large audience by way of mail routes. Every city has separated mail routes. These mail routes can have as few as 350 home addresses but most average 750 or more. The advantage of the EDDM program is, you can mail a marketing piece and have a reduced rate per household. The EDDM postage rate is 20 cents per address. These mailing pieces have to be a certain size to be permitted on the EDDM program. There is a special endecia stamp that the printer applies directly to the postcard or mailer that certifies it to be mailed at the reduced rate. The mailers have to be bundled in 100's and specific forms are also attached to each bundle. The bundles are then delivered to the local post office of the designated mail route for delivery.

Farming, aka geographical prospecting, is a proven method of growing your real estate business. By targeting the right neighborhood, through a consistent direct mail program, you will become the 'Neighborhood Real Estate Expert' and go-to person when someone in your farm area is ready to sell.
There is no specific mailing number when it comes to what works the best, but everybody knows, the larger the database of contacts, the greater your call backs over time. A good rule for a farm area should be 250 - 500. This also allows you to qualify for lower postage rates at 200 & 500.
If you've been in business for sometime, you should have a good client database already. It's hard to stay in touch by phone but when your past clients receive a mailing from you on a regular basis, you will stay TOP OF MIND so when they are ready to refer a relative or possibly move.....your contact information is close at hand.
If you are looking to add a Farm area, then contacting your Title Rep is a good place to start. They will get you mailing lists of any neighborhood, sorting them by owner's as well as by length of time they've owned the home.

JUST LISTED or JUST SOLD around your Listing. For a FARM Area we recommend a minimum of 200 so we can get you a reduced mailing fee of .34 per postcard. A super size for this campaign is 6" x 11" high quality postcard. This gives you plenty of room to get your message across. NEWSLETTERS get attention with 8.5" x 11" folded in half and tabbed for mailing. Either way, our quality cardstock is printed in full color and UV coated to show off your custom design to compliment your agent branding already established.
